It is delivered in a blended model of online and on-campus study. Consisting of six online modules – Leadership, Strategy, Customers, Numbers, Change, and Action it creates an immersive and practical learning journey that builds knowledge in accessible stages.
After completing the online learning participants attend a two-day workshop with interactive activities designed to consider many pressing People and Culture challenges, including workforce planning, presenting a business case and strategic transformation.
